A passenger in a vehicle was riding with a family member when without warning, another vehicle quickly and unexpectedly pulled out in front of them causing a T-bone collision. The other driver claimed they never saw the other vehicle before pulling into the intersection. The other driver failed to yield the right of way.
Attorney Brandon Derry filed a claim against the other vehicle’s insurance company. The passenger sustained an injury to her neck. Attorney Derry settled the case with the insurance company for $325,000, which was more than the client expected.
