Our client was pushing her bike through a parking lot when the defendant backed out of a parking stall without looking and struck the client. The defendant’s insurance made a low offer arguing the client was not injured in the incident.
Attorney Shawn Brock filed suit and after some discovery, the case settled for $23,000.
