The C.C. Rider Motorcycle Club would like to take this opportunity to present a special ‘Thank You’ for your support of this year’s Make-A-Wish fundraiser event. This year we managed to raise almost $7000! Because of the outpouring of support from local businesses and the generosity of our friends. We could not have done this without any of you!
Each year we work with Make-A-Wish of Wisconsin to help us find a local child and family whom we can sponsor. This year we hosted our event for 4 year old Lyla from Madison whose wish is to go with her family to Disney World this fall, to meet all of the Disney Princesses. Not only do we work in support of helping grant wishes, but these children’s families are invited down as guests of honor to our all-day family-fun event; which is thoroughly enjoyed by families and children alike and the outpouring of support from us and local businesses is heartwarming.
In addition to our annual Poker Run, we feature tractor powdered hay rides through the neighborhood, horseback rides and a petting zoo, a Martial Arts demonstrated for kids, an outstanding silent auction, and ice cream treats for kids. This year featured a live reptile display and included a surprise guest appearance of our neighbors from the Nr. 8 Fire Station!
