Our office space includes free parking and access to support and equipment from other team members. We offer sporadic catered meals throughout the year to all employees.
To promote a healthy work-life balance during the summer months, we offer flexible summer hours so employees can take advantage of summer activities. Additionally, our generous paid time off includes vacation days and paid holidays, ensuring employees have time to recharge.
Some in-office events include company potlucks, costume contests and cookie exchanges. We also offer a peer-nominated recognition program where employees receive an Amazon gift card for going above and beyond.
Some of our outside-of-office perks include office happy hours after work. We offer “snooze or cruise” on birthdays where employees can either come in late or leave early. All our employees get reimbursed for wellness activities. These activities include gym memberships, fitness classes, personal trainers and meditation. Our employees’ favorite perk every year is our holiday party. Employees from all our offices meet at Discovery World in Milwaukee to celebrate the holidays and the accomplishments of the year. Every employee leaves the party with an exciting gift like a TV, gaming console or a trip.
As a sponsor of many local sports teams and local activities, Hupy and Abraham is always offering our employees tickets to these events, including the Milwaukee Brewers and Milwaukee Admirals. Hupy and Abraham is a longtime supporter of hundreds of organizations and has donated more than $1 million and dedicated thousands of hours of volunteering time outside of the office. All our employees get eight paid hours to go out into the community and volunteer at charities. Employees also have the option to donate a monetary amount to wear casual clothes in the office.
