Dear Hupy and Abraham,
Thank you for your contributions to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin. With the support of donors like you, last year, we granted 351 wishes in Wisconsin, and this year we are planning to grant 365 – a wish a day! It takes an entire community to help make a wish come true for a child with a life-threatening medical condition, and we are grateful to have you as part of this important work.
“Each moment Andre spent dreaming was a moment he got to focus on something wonderful and amazing…and not his cancer!” Andre’s mom went on to say, “Words hardly feel sufficient to convey my appreciation for everything Make-A-Wish Wisconsin has done – not just for my son, but for every single child that has received a wish throughout the years.”
Currently, more than 330 children like Andre are in the process of receiving wishes throughout Wisconsin, and thanks to generous donors, more children like these will experience the power of a wish. Jaden wishes to go to the Pro Bowl and Liam wishes to meet the Philadelphia Fliers Hockey Team. Logan wishes to go fishing in Alaska while McKenzie wishes to go to Hawaii and Mason, Maya, Eulos and many other wish to go to Walt Disney World Resort.
A wish improves a child’s state of mind replacing fear with happiness and helping him or her feel like a normal kid again. On behalf of wish families, our Board of Directors and Staff of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin, we thank YOU for your heartfelt commitment to the Make-A-Wish mission.
